A watercolor I did in artclass... I just replicated it from a picture I printed from the internet.. its a good start I suppose. My first time working with so many colors in watercolor. PLease comment!!!!

The colours are great but the shading on the hands seems a bit strange to me. I'm not sure how to explain it. The hands almost look like they are carved from wood. The fingers and knuckles look like they have sharp edges rather then being rounded. Does that make any sense?

yes it does make sense. I see what you mean, but I would also like to add that this whole painting was basically a first time expirment with watercolor. The only other painting I did was a solid color thing, so i had little to no experience with mixing colors or shading. Thanks for the thoughts though!

Wow! watercolours are tough to work with! For me atleast. Excellent work in my opinion. Keep going with it man!
